Dear Preston,
It is so hard to believe that you are nine years old! In just a couple months, you will be entering the 4th grade. Wow! Where has our baby gone?
You make us laugh daily with your quick comebacks, your silly sense of humor, and your awesome dance moves. Sometimes we are just amazed at the things that come out of your mouth. We pause in shock and then have to hold our sides in uncontrollable laughter.
You have grown a lot in this past year: physically, spiritually, emotionally. Your maturity has spurts just like your growth. You are very curious about everything and eager to hear us explain how things work. Just like the honest answers you always give us, you expect the same from us.
You absolutely love the color orange, animals, cars, and of course, baseball. You live for that game and have proven to everyone how much perseverance you have to play the coveted sport. Once you found your passion, there's no turning back. The word 'no' does not stop you from what you love.
You have brought tremendous joy to our lives. You have a deep love and appreciation for God and your family, including your older sister, and just cannot stand to be apart from us. We all feel the same.
Happy birthday "Nacho Libre"! Spend the day being the awesome boy that you are!
